If you would like to apply for a wish, or know someone who would benefit from this free service, please complete this application form and mail it to the Senior Wish Society of Milford/Orange.

If an application is approved, the society will fulfill the wish by purchasing an item on behalf of the recipient. There are few restrictions on wishes granted.

Recipients of Senior Wish Society grants must meet these eligibility requirements:

• Reside in Milford or Orange
• Be age 60 years or older
• Meet annual income limits of $20,000 for an individual, $25,000 for a couple.
